Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TerraLine ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TerraLine is operated by BVLLC ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Description of service
TerraLine is a construction finance management platform for real estate developers, general contractors, and their teams. It provides project budgeting, cost tracking, draw reporting, and related financial tools.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@terraline.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe third-party intellectual property; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated on the pricing page. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into TerraLine. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraLine and BVLLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll provide reasonable notice (email or in-app) for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
