Common questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Solo and Professional both include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time during or after the trial.

What counts as an 'active project'?

Any project with at least one budget line item or cost event created in the current billing cycle. Archived projects don't count against your limit.

Can I add more team members to Professional?

The Professional plan includes 5 seats. Additional seats are available at $29/mo each, up to a maximum of 15. Beyond that, Enterprise is the better fit.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and save roughly 20% versus month-to-month. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time — we'll prorate the difference.

What file formats do the exports support?

Lender draw reports export as formatted PDFs ready to submit to your lender or title company. Tax export packages include a CSV line-item breakdown structured for Schedule E / cost-basis reporting.

Does TerraLine connect to QuickBooks or Yardi?

Direct integrations are on the roadmap for Q3 2026. Enterprise customers can access the API today to build custom syncs. CSV export is available on all plans as a workaround in the meantime.
